How much is delivery?
Standard delivery.
Up to 1kg – £5.00
From 1kg to 2kg – £6.00
From 2kg to 5kg – £12.00
From 5kg to 10kg – £15.00

When can I expect delivery?
We dispatch parcels Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before midday on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after midday, will be dispatched next working day.
Can I amend / cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation of any order and orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Do I receive an invoice?

Can I place an order as a gift?
You certainly can and it’s a lovely thing to do as well. Just give the relevant delivery address and don’t forget to add your free gift messaging as an order note at checkout. Just so you know, we don’t show any prices on the paperwork sent with gift order deliveries.
Can I send gifts to more than one address?
Yes, as long as you place each gift as a separate order as we can only accommodate one delivery address per order.
