When can I expect delivery?
We dispatch parcels Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before midday on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after midday, will be dispatched next working day.

Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellation of any order and orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
